+ Where do you deliver?

Delivering to metro Melbourne, Geelong and regional suburbs. On your first visit simply click on 'shop now' which will direct you to the online store. Click 'sign up' and enter your post code to check if we deliver to your area. If delivery to your post code is currently unavailable, you can register your post code here for our consideration.

+ How do I place an online order?

Orders can be placed when you sign up to our online store. Enter your information, name, contact details, delivery address and password. Once registered, there’s no need to re-enter the information next time you shop. Please keep your account details and password private, as you are liable for any unauthorised use of your account.

+ How do I change my repeating order?

Change your repeating order two ways:

  1. Click on the order link in your reminder email which will direct you to your order.
  2. Log on to our website and click on the ‘Order Calendar’ on the left side of the home page. When the calendar opens, click on your upcoming repeating order (highlighted in green). Make your changes, update the order and checkout.

+ How do I pay?

Payment is made via our secure online payment system using Mastercard or Visa. We are unable to accept cheques or cash on delivery.

+ Do I need to be home to receive my order?

You do not need to be home, please leave out your esky for your delivery to be placed inside. Please indicate clear delivery instructions when placing your order. The driver will deliver your order to the front door, or, if you ask, may bring your order inside at their discretion.

+ Do you deliver to offices and businesses?

Yes, we deliver to offices and all types of businesses with fresh milk and fruit boxes being the most popular staples.

+ Do you charge for delivery?

We charge a modest $2.00 delivery fee per order Monday to Friday to cover costs. The delivery fee is added to your total at the checkout and will appear on the bottom of your invoice.

+ Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order.

+ What if something I order is not available?

Occasionally we may sell out of a particular item or it may not be available. If this occurs we may substitute the product ordered for another product of similar type and price.

+ What if there is a price difference for a substituted item?

If the substituted product is equal or more in price than your ordered item, you will not be charged the difference.

+ What is my order cut off time?

Place your order up until 3.00 pm two days before your delivery day. Example: Order by 3.00 pm Saturday for Monday delivery.

+ Do I receive a tax invoice?

Not automatically, however, you can access a copy of your Tax Invoice from your online account.
